Benith IAS while giving information said that continuous efforts are being made by the Punjab government to provide smooth and transparent administrative services to the people. Under such an effort, the government has issued helpline number 1100. If any citizen has any complaint related to any department, then he can contact on helpline number 1100. Apart from this, a complaint can also be registered on the Punjab Government’s Public Grievance Redressal Portal. In this regard, the Punjab Government has also issued WhatsApp number 98555-01076 on which any complaint can be registered online by the citizen. The registered complaint will go to the online account of the officer, which will make it necessary for that department to resolve the complaint in time.
